How to Use:
Recommended Daily Allowance of Chromium Picolinate Tablet:
Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily. Can be increased to two tablets if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.

thinking problems, trouble concentrating;
problems with balance or coordination; or.
liver problems--nausea, upper stomach pain, itching, tired feeling, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes).
