Voltaren SR 75 mg tablets contain diclofenac sodium in a sustained-release form for doctor-directed treatment of pain and inflammation, such as arthritis, back pain, sprains, strains, or other inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions.

Active ingredient / formula: Each sustained-release tablet contains diclofenac sodium 75 mg.

How to use: Swallow whole with water exactly as prescribed, preferably with food if stomach upset occurs. Do not crush, chew, or break sustained-release tablets.

Warnings: Prescription NSAID. Do not use with other NSAIDs unless advised. Ask a doctor first if you have stomach ulcer/bleeding history, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by aspirin/NSAIDs, kidney/liver disease, are taking blood thinners, pregnant, or breastfeeding. Seek urgent help for black stools, vomiting blood, chest pain, breathing difficulty, swelling, severe rash, or allergic reaction.
