Biotonics Bio Melatonin Plus B6 is a 30-capsule adult sleep-support supplement containing 5 mg melatonin and 25 mg vitamin B6 per capsule.

Why it is used:
For short-term support of occasional sleep-onset or schedule disruption; it is not a treatment for chronic insomnia or an underlying medical/mental-health condition.

Ingredients and components:
Per capsule: melatonin 5 mg and vitamin B6 25 mg as pyridoxine hydrochloride, plus capsule shell and excipients listed on the bottle.

How to use:
Adults: take 1 capsule once daily about 30 minutes before bedtime, preferably with food, unless a clinician advises otherwise. Do not repeat during the night, combine with alcohol/sedatives, drive afterward, or exceed 1 capsule daily.

Potential side effects and precautions:
