Emgality Pre-Filled Syringe 100 mg/ml 3's

Emgality is indicated for the preventive treatment of episodic cluster headache in adults.

Initial dose: 300 mg, administered as three consecutive injections of 100 mg each using prefilled syringes or pens.

Ongoing dose: Continue with 300 mg once monthly for the duration of the cluster period.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F) in the original carton to protect from light.

Warnings & Precautions:

Do not use if you are allergic to Emgality or any of its ingredients.

Allergic reactions may include rash, itching, hives, swelling of the face or throat, and difficulty breathing.

May cause increased blood pressure or reduced blood flow to fingers and toes (Raynaud’s phenomenon).

Not enough data are available on use during pregnancy or breastfeeding — consult your doctor before use.

Safety and effectiveness in pediatric patients under 18 years have not been established.
