Helps to alleviate the tensions of the head, of the neck, the shoulders, to relieve pain, to calm the stress and the nervousness. Puressentiel Headache Roller with 9 Essential Oils, 100% natural, contains essential oils with destressing, alleviating, calming, relaxing properties. Essential oils are excellent balancing and nervous system-harmonising agents. They have also tonic and stimulative properties.

They help to drive out “the feeling of vice”, calm down stress, alleviate the tensions of the head, neck and shoulders. They are known to soothe the pain and attenuate nervousness.

Use it as soon as you feel a painful point between the eyes or a throbbing feeling which irradiates in all your head. This feeling worsens with the least effort.  How to Use: By acupressure, in local application onto each temple, then in the middle of the forehead, followed next by the hair line, then behind each ear and as far as the base of the neck, finishing by the pressure point situated in the hollow of the neck, above the spinal column
- Apply the roller by massaging the tension points. If possible, relax for 10 minutes afterwards.

Use as needed, every time you feel that the 'crisis' is coming. This will enable you to precede it and thus avoid it.
