Salpium Plus 0.5 mg-2.5 mg/2.5 ml Inhalation Solution for Nebulisation 20's

Salpium Plus contains two active substances:

Ipratropium Bromide 0.5 mg – an anticholinergic bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles.

Salbutamol Sulphate 2.5 mg – a beta?-agonist bronchodilator that opens the airways.

Together, they make breathing easier by relaxing the muscles of the airways.
It is used to treat reversible bronchospasm in conditions such as:

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

Asthma

Chronic bronchitis and emphysema

Do not use Salpium Plus if:

You are allergic to ipratropium bromide, salbutamol sulphate, atropine or similar substances.

You have hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy or tachyarrhythmia (certain heart rhythm disorders).

Talk to your doctor before using this medicine if:

You have heart problems, high blood pressure, or irregular heartbeat.

You have diabetes, overactive thyroid, or glaucoma.

You have prostate enlargement or urinary difficulties.

You are pregnant or breast-feeding (use only if clearly needed and prescribed).
