Dom-Q is a liquid form of domperidone at a concentration of 1 mg per ml. It’s used to relieve nausea and vomiting, and to help improve the movement of food through the stomach and intestines in adults and children (as prescribed).

Domperidone works by blocking dopamine receptors in the gut, which increases gastrointestinal motility and helps reduce symptoms of discomfort, bloating, and slow digestion.
