OneTouch Ultra Plus Strips 50's (1+1)

OneTouch Ultra Plus test strips are single-use reagent strips for quantitative glucose measurement in fresh capillary whole blood with the compatible OneTouch Ultra Plus Flex meter. The listed 1+1 offer must match the physical pack.

Why it is used:
For self-testing by one person to support day-to-day diabetes monitoring; not for diagnosing or screening diabetes or for neonatal use.

Ingredients and components:
50 strips per listed unit, plus the stated promotional unit. Per strip: FAD-dependent glucose dehydrogenase (FAD-GDH) 0.459–0.628 U, potassium ferricyanide 33.13–37.13 micrograms, buffers and other non-reactive ingredients; the vial includes desiccant.

How to use:
Wash and dry hands. Insert one strip, obtain a fresh fingertip drop with a new lancet, apply it to the strip sample edge and wait for the result. Single use only. Keep the vial tightly closed, store at 5–30°C below 65% relative humidity, and discard strips 6 months after first opening or at the printed expiry—whichever comes first.

Potential side effects and precautions:
Finger-prick pain, bruising, bleeding or rare local infection may occur. Incorrect storage, expired/damaged strips, contaminated hands or insufficient blood may cause an inaccurate reading. Confirm results that do not match symptoms with another approved method and contact a healthcare professional.
