SIMPONI 50mg Injection PFS 1's (Upon Request)

SIMPONI 50mg Injection contains Golimumab, a TNF alpha inhibitor used to treat autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
SIMPONI is used to treat:

Moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA), usually with methotrexate (MTX)

Active psoriatic arthritis (PsA), alone or with MTX

Active ankylosing spondylitis (AS)

Moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) when other UC medicines have not worked well enough or cannot be tolerated, or if it is necessary to continue taking steroid medicines

SIMPONI helps to start improving some symptoms, induce remission, maintain remission, and improve the appearance of the colon lining during a colonoscopy.
