Voltaren D Tablet 50 Mg contains diclofenac free acid equivalent to diclofenac sodium 50 mg per dispersible tablet, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to help relieve pain and inflammation for short-term painful inflammatory conditions affecting joints and muscles such as sprains, strains, back pain, or acute pain when prescribed.

Active ingredient / formula: diclofenac free acid equivalent to diclofenac sodium 50 mg per dispersible tablet.

How to use: Disperse the tablet in water as directed, then drink. Take exactly as prescribed and avoid other NSAIDs unless advised.

Warnings: Do not use if allergic to the active ingredient, aspirin, ibuprofen, or other NSAIDs, or if you have active stomach ulcer/bleeding, severe kidney/liver/heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or are in the last trimester of pregnancy.
