XELJANZ XR 11mg Extended-Release Tablets 30's (Upon Request)

Therapeutic Indications:

Rheumatoid Arthritis: Tofacitinib with methotrexate (MTX) is for adults with moderate to severe RA who haven't responded to other DMARDs. Can be used alone if MTX isn't suitable.

Psoriatic Arthritis: Used with MTX for adults with active PsA who haven't responded to prior DMARD therapy.

Ankylosing Spondylitis: For adults with active AS who haven't responded to conventional therapy.

Posology and Administration:

Initiate and monitor treatment by specialist physicians.

Recommended dosage: one 11 mg extended-release tablet daily, not to be exceeded.
